Project Hours are the sum of the hours each project will take from the professionals working on it: Creative Director, Project Manager and Creative(s).

The unused hours from your subscription plan will automatically roll over to the next month. They will only expire after 3 months.

This comprehensive onboarding and initial production cycle guarantees that the premium creative output is highly relevant, effective, and optimized for your brand's long-term success.

2. We schedule a onboarding call and align on your creative needs.
3. You receive a custom quote in Project Hours for your first brief.
4. We deliver Draft 1 for your review.
5. You share feedback, and we refine with Draft 2.
6. Once approved, the project is closed and the hours are deducted from your plan.

Yes, absolutely! You can submit as many briefings as you want, as long you have enough hours in your plan to cover them. We can always upgrade your plan temporarily.

Yes. Your plan can be canceled or renewed at the conclusion of your current contract term. We offer flexible contract durations, including initial commitments of three, six, or twelve months, allowing you to select the term that best aligns with your business needs.

If your projects requires more hours than your current plan includes, no problem—we’ll notify you in advance and let you know exactly how much the additional time will cost. These extra hours will only be billed with your approval.
If you anticipate a heavier workload in the coming months, we can temporarily upgrade your plan to better suit your needs.
